Mr. Russell (a U.S. Navy Veteran) is the Asbestos Department Manager of Southern Earth Sciences in the Tallahassee, Florida office. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, Illinois. Roy has been with Southern Earth Sciences since 1999 and is certified to perform asbestos surveys and project monitoring. He is a licensed Mold Assessor (MRSA2097). He is also EPA TSCA certified as an LBP Inspector, Risk Assessor and Project Designer in Florida and by Safe-State in Alabama. He performs IAQ investigations in homes, schools and commercial buildings. He performs environmental site assessments of commercial properties and is a Certified Florida Environmental Site Assessor (CFEA #338) and a Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP #60) by The Florida Environmental Assessors Association, Inc.
