Cindy M. Giddens, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is the corporate Human Resources Director for Southern Earth Sciences (SES). She holds an Executive Business Administration degree from Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama, and a Master’s of Art degree in Leadership and Ethics from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama. Additionally, Cindy received a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification in 2008 and a SHRM-SCP in January 2015. Currently, Cindy is an active member of the national Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) as well as a participating member of the local chapter in Mobile (Mobile SHRM).
