Mr. Varner is the Executive Vice-President and has over 35 years experience in geotechnical engineering in Florida. Mr. Varner is a graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering. Mr. Varner manages the Panama City Branch and has completed over 15,000 geotechnical projects in the Florida Panhandle including private residential, high rise condominiums, infrastructure projects, and forensic services for private, municipal and military clientele. Mr. Varner is a Licensed Asbestos Consultant with over 2000 projects including surveys, O & M plans, and abatement design for private, municipal and school districts. Mr. Varner is a Professional Engineer in Florida, Alabama and Georgia. Mr. Varner is a member of ACIL, ASTM, EIA and an examiner with ACI.
