SOILS LAB TECHNICIAN – Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Job Description - Duties are to perform general physical soil testing in the laboratory including but not limited to moisture contents, gradations, Atterberg limits testing and proctor densities.
Requirements – High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience in a Geotechnical soils lab required. Must have the ability to lift and/or carry up to 75lbs. occasionally.
GEOTECHNICAL DRILLER – Baton Rouge, Louisiana
Job Description - Conduct site investigations and geotechnical studies, operate and maintain drilling equipment.
Requirements – High school diploma or equivalent. Experience and a CDL required. Technical training in well technology or similar preferred. Travel required. Must be able to work in various weather and environmental conditions including heat, cold, muddy drill sites, standing bodies of water and dusty or noisy conditions. Must have the ability to lift or carry up to 75lbs.
CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS TESTING TECHNICIANS – Louisiana
Job Description - Field Testing and Laboratory divisions in Baton Rouge, Lafayette and New Orleans have several immediate opportunities for technicians to provide inspection and testing for construction projects including soil and asphalt inspection, soil compaction and concrete inspection and testing. Candidates should possess effective written and oral communication skills.
Requirements – High school diploma and technical training preferred. Appropriate certification and experience will enhance earning potential. Must have the ability to lift or carry up to 75lbs.
