Mr. Aviles is the Branch Manager for SESI’s Baton Rouge Geotechnical office. He is a graduate of Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in Louisiana.
Mr. Aviles project experience includes pile foundation design and construction inspection of piles, slope stability design, embankment settlement calculations, design and construction inspection of drilled shafts, MSE wall design, sheet pile design, and testing services that include PDA, WEAP, and CAPWAP analysis of piles. Mr. Aviles is also skilled in levee design, T-wall design, deep soil mixing design and technical site visits. He is an active member of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
Mr. Aviles is fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
