Mr. Juneau is a Vice President and Regional Manager (Louisiana) for the Southern Earth Sciences, Inc. He is a 2008 graduate of Louisiana State University (LSU) with a degree in Civil Engineering and a minor in Construction Management. He is a registered Louisiana Professional Engineer (#0037242), state certified Asbestos Building Inspector, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), the American Institute of Architects (AIA), Concrete & Aggregate Association of Louisiana (CAAL), and the Pile Driving Contractors Association (PDCA).
Mr. Juneau’s engineering experience includes geotechnical subsurface investigations consisting of CPT soundings, traditional 3-inch and 5-inch soil borings, and macro cores using atv-mounted equipment, airboat drills, marsh buggies, and pontoon-mounted equipment, field/project coordination, and geotechnical instrumentation installation. Mr. Juneau also has extensive geotechnical engineering design experience in slope stability analysis, shallow and deep foundation design, retaining wall design, embankment settlement analysis, lateral load analysis, site seismic classification, sheet pile design, and testing services that include PDA, WEAP, and CAPWAP analysis of piles. In addition, Mr. Juneau routinely performs cost estimating, proposal/report preparation and writing for numerous industrial, municipal, state and federal clients.
