Mr. Russell, is the Asbestos Department Manager of Southern
Earth Sciences, Inc. in the Tallahassee, Florida office. He has a Bachelor
of Science degree from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, Illinois
and graduated in 1992. He began his career with 8.5 years in the U.S.
Navy. He then moved to Tallahassee, Florida and worked for two years as
an Environmental Health Specialist for the Florida Department of Management
Services managing environmental, indoor air quality (IAQ), safety/safety
training, asbestos and lead-based paint projects. He has been with Southern
Earth Sciences, Inc. for 6 years and is certified to perform asbestos
surveys and project monitoring. He is also EPA TSCA certified as a LBP
Inspector, Risk Assessor and Project Designer in Florida and by Safe-State
in Alabama. He performs IAQ investigations in homes, schools and commercial
buildings. He performs environmental site assessments of commercial properties
and is a Certified Florida Environmental Site Assessor (CFEA #338) and
a Licensed Environmental Professional (LEP #60) by The Florida Environmental
Assessors Association, Inc.
